Master Tse’s Wing Chun Note 257

Ng Mui Si Tai 五枚師太 – Part 27

Master Tse and his Sīfú, Grandmaster Ip Chun

Sadly Wing Chun 詠春 was right, she never saw her Sīfú, Ng Mui Si Tai 五枚師太 again. Ng Mui Si Tai travelled across China to meet up with the other leaders of the Shaolin Temple, and together they began and rebellion against the Qing Government. Yìhm Wing Chun settled down at home to take care of her father.

The morning after Wing Chun had defeated gangsters, she returned to their camp as she said she would, and gave them serious instructions about how to be a good person. She then took them to her village on Da Liang Mountain 大凉山  and she introduce them to the villagers. She found them all jobs so they could make a living for themselves in the village.  At night she gathered them together and began teaching them some basic wing Chun Kung Fu  in particular she taught them Siu Lim Tao  and made them stand there for a very long time. Night after night she made them do this in order to calm their minds so that they could learn to relax, become settled and peaceful. In this way they could let go of their aggression, tension and wrong thinking. All this training changed their nature and bit by bit the gangsters became happier. Their leader was treated by one of the village’s doctors who fixed his broken leg and broken arms. After this the whole village changed and became a much happier, peaceful and prosperous place. Yìhm Wing Chun became their leader and was a heroin who was respected by all in the village.
